Our terms and conditions are very simple because we have one product only - Jewelry. That makes for easy terms.

1. If you are a first time buyer, please order one (1) item only. This will offer you the opportunity to judge the quality and beauty of our jewelry to your standards in person. There is no point to ordering 2 or more items only to feel the desire to return both of them.

2. Please read completely the description next to the picture of the product you wish to purchase. While I use only precious and semi-precious metals, (.925 Sterling Silver, 14,24K Gold vermeil or plating) some people have allergies and returns are not accepted for this.

3. No orders for altering or changing designs are allowed. Please visit the FAQ's page for possible exceptions to this condition.

Please Note: To date, PayPal is the only form of payment accepted by A Girl’s Best Friends Artisan Jewelry. Futures forms of payment may be added, but for now, this is the most secure and simplest form of payment with our checkout process.

Your privacy is never compromised by A Girls’ Best Friends. We do not sell, post, or share your private information ever. Any collection of personal/private information during checkout is for that purpose only. We hold onto your information only if you give it to us.
